
Tonight I attended my first weight watchers meeting, it all sounds easy but I am sure the road to a 'smoking' body is paved with bumps (and not just those on my thighs!). Last weekend I did the first Contact Tri women triathlon, came 70th out of 128 women, in a time of 55.25. My next triathlon is in March, so I'd quite frankly like to come in the first 50! To further embrass myself I have included a shocking photo of me running from this triathlon - my goal is to look far better in the next round of photos!!!
I've started at a weight of 86.9kgs, way too damn heavy for my height - I've been 70kgs and looked great so my goal weight is 65kgs..seems a wee way away but I like to have something to keep me motivated and I have a blue dress I'd like to wear in April at my graduation.
So here's to counting points and dropping kgs !
